A relaxed luncheon is planned for people with memory disorders, caregivers, and friends on Thu, May 23rd at Always, Rons, located at 29 North Burhans Blvd. in Hagerstown.  Cost is $2.50 per person.

Trashion Show

One Man's Trash is someone else's treasure!  The Wyanesboro Area YMCA is hosting a "Trashion Show" for area Youth and Teens from 7th to 12th grade.  Participants must use recycled materials to create funky fashion.  Designers will unveil them on May 31st at 7:30pm at the YMCA gym...families and public are invited to attend.  Money raised will be used for Youth/Teen programs at the YMCA.  Details and rules and list of materials/products from the approved list can be obtained by contacting Lindsey at 717-762-6012 or lindsey@waynesboroymca.org.

The Gettysburg Festival

Gettysburg Festival, the area's premiere celebration of the arts, returns to  downtown Gettysburg June 8th through the 16th. Benefit Concert for Leukemia Society

Benefit for the Leukemia Society will be held on June 29th at Benzt Street Sports Bar in Frederick. Starts at 4pm till closing and features Groove Tea And The Variations.  All of the proceeds will be going to the Leukemia Society http://www.lls.org/diseaseinformation/lymphoma/.

America's 9/11 Ride

The America's 9/11 Ride is the largest police escorted motorcycle ride and will go from Shanksville, PA to he Pentagon and then to the World Trade Center.  Proceeds from the ride benefi the College Scholarship Program for All Active First Responders  Details are at www.americas911ride.org
