Elwood's sister, niece and family friend struggle over how to handle Elwood and Harvey. Social outrage and family embarrassment throw Elwood into the hands of Doctor William B. Chumley. Chumley and his disparate staff, including the young Doctor Lyman Sanderson, the attractive Nurse Ruth Kelley and the tenacious, orderly Wilson, attempt to wrestle with Elwood's hare-y delusion.

Paws and Planes

Come out and participate in Paws and Planes on Saturday, February 21 from 9am to 1pm at the National Aviation Community Center. A free day at Frederick Municipal Airport for kids to learn about aviation and dogs. Activities will include learning the phonetic alphabet, how hot air balloons work, and readings. Organized by the authors of children's book Turbo the Flying Dog.

Frederick Keys "Job Fair"

Looking for a fun seasonal job? The Frederick Keys annual job fair will take place on February 24-25 at Harry Grove Stadium. Interviews will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. each night in the Mattress Warehouse Club, located on the suite level inside the stadium.

Keys staff will be on hand to conduct interviews for gameday positions with the team, while Ovations Food Services will also be on hand during the two-day job fair. Applications are available on the team website and should be filled out prior to the job fair. To print one out, scroll to the Harry Grove Stadium tab and click on “Job Opportunities.” Applications can also be picked up by stopping in the front office during regular business hours.

Bowl for a Cure

Love Letter

The Potomac Playmakers, Inc. will be presenting the A.R. Gurney play “Love Letters” March 6-8, 2015 at The Women’s Club, 31 S. Bull & Oyster Roast

The American Legion Gold Star Post 191 on Prospect Rd. in Mt. Airy is offering an all-you-can-eat Bull & Oyster Roast from 5:30 to 7pm with Roast Beef, Steamed & Raw Oysters, Hand Patted Fried Oysters, Oyster Stew and other side items follwed by a Dance with country-rock band "The Boys and  Me" from 7 until 11pm.  Draft beer is included in the ticket price and a cash bar is also available.

2015 Frederick Keys National Anthem Auditions
