Celebrate Frederick's Summer Concert Series will bring the Special Edition Band to the Baker Park Band Shell on Sunday night at 7. Special Edition Band's tight sound and high energy blend of fiery funk, Motown and classic R&B featuring a wide variety of music from the 70's, 80's and 90's. The Family Friendly Beer and Wine Garden will be open from 4:30-8:30pm.
