MIHI, INC. is sponsoring a 5K Run and Kid’s Fun Run starting and ending at Western Maryland Hospital Center. The cost is $25, registration begins at 7:30a.m. and the race begins at 9. The free Kid’s Fun Run will be at 10:30. Festivities will include music, food vendor and activities for the kids. Tomorrow is Crabby Daddy’s 5th Annual JDRF Benefit Motorcycle Ride. Registration will be held at Buckeystown Pub beginning at 8:30a.m. with kickstands up at 10. The ride will take a scenic tour of our area and end back at the Buckeystown Pub for a great big party with food, live music, a silent auction and so much more. All money raised goes to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Plus 106.9 The Eagle will be there at the start of the ride with great prizes. Tomorrow is Bark in the Park, at Jefferson Memorial Park in Charles Town, WV. The Animal Welfare Society of Jefferson County will host a day of fun for canines and their owners from 10-2 at the park.
