I started out as a young creature crawling around in sewers with my 3 brothers. We came upon a small puddle of radioactive material and crawled through it. Suddenly we began to grow, started talking and soon learned the art of the Ninja. Then a rat came along and....wait a second. That's the story of the Ninja Turtles...Sorry, I often confuse my own life with that of martial artist reptiles. Here's the real story:
I was born and (mostly) raised in the great state of Unemployment...I mean, Michigan. A lot of stuff happened, wars were fought, kings were overthrown and somehow I ended up living in Charlotte, NC where I went to broadcasting school and got my start in radio. 5-some-odd years passed working in the business and now I'm here on 106.9 The Eagle! I love this kind of music. It's the music I grew up listening to. My parents had stacks of records and cassettes that I would often "borrow" and listen to for hours. I like all kinds of music, but this style is the "kick back, crack a beer, eat a greasy burger and unbuckle your pants because you're so full" kind of music; it just feels good.
I'm a geek. Nerd. Dork. Call it whatever you want, but I enjoy video games, computers, movies about magic powers and correcting advertisments in Walmart with an ink pen because they label laptops with the incorrect processor name (that actually happened...and it's still there as far as I know). I am my own tech support and often people close to me use me as such. I should start charging them...
Mountain Dew is my drink of choice when beer is not an option. I like my food frozen to ensure quick preparation and I laugh at children when they fall down. I do. It's funny when they fall. I'm a 40 year old man stuck in the body of a 26 year old with the mind of a 13 year old. I somehow found a woman to accept everything that I am (and everything I'm not) and she agreed to marry me...she may or may not have been under the influence, but she said yes and now she's stuck! HA!
If there's something you want to know about me, just ask. I will probably lie....and that's the truth.

Sometimes people ask me just what the heck I'm thinking. Well, now you'll know. Welcome to a small glimpse into the twisted and weird way I think...........

NERD ALERT: Your mind may explode. The newest, fastest computer in the world, called "Titan", has been built by Oakridge National Laboratory and the Department of Energy. What did they get for the $93,000,000 price tag? A system capable of 20 Quadrillion calculations per second. That's about equal to the total computing power of 4 million average desktops, like the one you may be using right now. SCIENCE!!!!!!!
