The South Hagerstown High School Athletic Booster Club is thrilled to welcome the World Famous Harlem Wizards back to Hagerstown on March 23, 2026! This fun, family-friendly event features basketball dunks, trick shots, prizes, comedy, dancing and a whole lot more fun!

The ARCC at Hagerstown Community College will once again be the host site for this exciting event! Proceeds will benefit multiple schools and nonprofit youth sports organizations in Washington County.

The Backboard Bandits are a team featuring teachers, coaches, local celebrities and other icons of the area! The roster will be announced over the weeks leading up to the event on the South Hagerstown High School Athletic Booster’s Facebook page.

On the day of the event, the Wizards will tour the county to host pep rallies at elementary schools. Your child may be lucky enough to come home with some Wizards gear and/or tickets!

During the event, the Wizards are big on crowd engagement. The Wizards and Bandits will play a few minutes of exhibition basketball and will wow the crowd with their skills, then the games pauses every couple minutes to get kids of all ages and even adults involved in the fun! You may even be lucky enough to get a giveaway prize!

Tickets are discounted when purchased in advance online. Unless a sellout occurs, a limited number of tickets at regular price will be available at the door.

Doors open at 5:30pm. The event begins at 6:30pm and usually lasts about two hours. Wizards gear and concessions will also be available for purchase.
